Candace R. Scott, Esq.PrincipalCandace Scott is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States Supreme Court, and the District Court for the District of New Jersey. She has been certified three times by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. In addition to traditional litigation of family law matters, Candace is credentialed in mediation, collaborative law and arbitration practice. She is on the roster for economic mediation in Morris, Sussex, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties.
Candace is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and is a member of the New Jersey Chapter. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section; and the Morris Country Bar Association, Family Law Committee. She regularly serves as a Morris County Early Settlement/Blue Ribbon Panelist. She is a member of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group and the Morris Country Collaborative Law Practice Group; the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; the New Jersey Divorce Arbitrators Association; and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
